Dr Caroline Cook is a designated Marine Medical Examiner for Transport Canada.

When attending your appointment for the Marine Medical Examination you must bring a photo ID and your Candidate Document Number (CDN). Please bring all of your medications, and your glasses or contact lenses to the appointment (if applicable). Candidates will need to have a urine test done while at the clinic as part of the examination.

If you have a medical condition, further testing may be required prior to a Provisional Certificate being issued.
