Telemedicine is a video or phone appointment with your doctor.  It is available for ALL patients including walk-in patients. 

To register download the MyHealth Access app to your phone from the App Store or Google Play or register for MyHealth Access online booking here on your browser. 

 Register for an account and follow the onscreen instructions. You will receive an email to confirm your email address
*if you are registered for online booking you may skip this step and simply sign into MyHealth Access
*if you are a new patient that has never been seen at Abbotsford Medical Centre it may take 24 hours to activate your account

Select Video Appt (MyHealth App Required) when booking the appointment. 

Walk-in patients are directed to book with doctors identified as “walk-in” doctors when booking appointments.

You will receive a notification from MyHealth Access when it is time for your appointment
